This individual contributor role emphasizes consultative selling and strong CRM usage to forecast and close high-value opportunities, with a base salary of $115k–$130k plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a proven track record in new business development and quota attainment.
• Willingness and ability to travel 35-50% for in-person meetings and engagements.
• Proven consultative and value-based selling with C-suite and VP level interactions.

Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition in the mid-market, contributing substantially to revenue growth.
• Develop and manage outbound prospecting and pipeline, leveraging CRM tools and forecasting.
• Own territory management with market intelligence to inform go-to-market strategy.
• Engage senior decision-makers, present value-based solutions, and negotiate deals.
