Qualifications

• Formal beauty/makeup trade training or cosmetic industry experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Able to lift boxes up to 30 pounds.
• Good communication, motivational and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop Lancome BAs, MBBA and Artists through in-store coaching.
• Plan, execute, and follow-up on new hire training using the Lancôme onboarding program.
• Recruit, train and retain Lancome Artists/Freelancers.
• Plan and execute in-store Special Events with retailers; support major launches and events planning.
• Communicate daily with STEs and store management; provide coaching and schedule updates.
• Maintain product knowledge and competitive awareness; ensure hygiene and image guidelines.
• Adhere to budgets and T&E policies.
