Job summary

Beauty Barrage, LLC is seeking a Brand Coordinator to support client brands in beauty retail. You will drive in-store sales, build relationships with store staff and leadership, and educate teams on product knowledge and demonstrations.

Ideal candidates have beauty retail experience, at least 3 years in a similar role, strong communication and team skills, and the ability to travel within the territory. Weekend availability is required and you should be comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have beauty retail experience.
• Minimum 3+ years experience in similar role is required.
• Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of in-store retail environment required.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence externally and internally.
• Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team.
• Must be available weekends and must be flexible to meet job objectives.
• Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is both polished and professional.
• Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.
• Represent brands within an assigned territory to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Establish and develop strong relationships at the store level with BA’s, Store Leadership, and territory DM's.
• Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge and product demonstration.
• Execute interactive product demonstrations.
• Ensure product merchandising meets company standards.
• Provide critical feedback through survey responses.
