L'Oréal USA, Inc. is seeking a Sales & Training Executive for the Lancome brand in Texas. This field remote role covers approximately 40 doors with 80% time spent in the field, including overnights.

You will develop counter staff, conduct intersell trainings, and lead hiring and training of beauty advisors and freelancers to execute events and campaigns. You'll build clientele through stores and social media, manage budgets and coordinate with regional leadership to meet sales goals while

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and/or minimum of 3 years' experience in cosmetic or retail management.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, creative, strategic thinker.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Analytical in approach to identifying business opportunities.
• Proven experience in recruiting, hiring, motivating, and training sales staff, with emphasis on strong engagement to build advocates in multi-branded departments while utilizing strong coaching skills.
• Results and solutions oriented.
• Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office; social media/digital outreach.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for retail sales performance of a defined territory of stores (~40 Doors) and ensuring corporate goals are met.
• Develop all relevant counter personnel on sales strategy. Conduct frequent Inter-sell trainings for Beauty Department Associates.
• Contribute to sourcing, hiring, and training of branded beauty advisors. Manage Beauty Advisors, Business Managers and Freelancers in executing plans including events, promotional activities and launches.
• Develop strong clientele followings in their stores including the use of social media to promote awareness and engagement.
• The Sales and Training Executive will spend 80% of their time in the field. Overnight travel required.
• Coordinate seasonal events, product launches, and in-store activities with store leadership and regional teams.
