L'Oréal USA, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Training Executive for the Luxury Products Division in Milwaukee, WI. You will drive retail performance across ~40 doors, train counter staff, and lead branded beauty advisors while coordinating events and social media outreach.

The role spends about 80% in the field with overnight travel, reporting to the Regional Sales Director. A strong background in cosmetics retail and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and/or minimum of 3 years' experience in cosmetic or retail management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Analytical in identifying business opportunities; recruiting, hiring, and training sales staff.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for retail sales performance of a defined territory (~40 Doors) and achieving corporate goals.
• Develop counter personnel on sales strategy and conduct Intersell trainings.
• Contribute to sourcing, hiring, and training branded beauty advisors; manage Beauty Advisors, Business Managers and Freelancers.
• Execute RPA plans including events, promotional activities and launches.
• Develop strong clientele followings in stores using social media to promote awareness and engagement.
• Sales executive spends ~80% of time in the field with overnights required.
