Motorola Solutions, through its Silvus Technologies subsidiary, seeks a Business Development Engineer for the US Marine Corps to bridge RF capabilities with customer requirements. You will support engineering and business development, demo field-ready StreamCaster radios, and align designs with joint operations and MARCORSYSCOM priorities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in EE/CE/CS or related field with 2–5 years in defense tech.
• Familiarity with SDRs, IP routing, or tactical communication systems.
• Security clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months of hire.
• Experience with TCP/IP networking, Linux environments, or scripting (Python/C++).

Mansioni

• Support US Marine Corps acquisition stakeholders alongside Engineering and Business Development teams.
• Demonstrate interoperability and field-readiness of StreamCaster MANET radios across environments.
• Travel up to 50% for field tests, customer meetings, and demonstrations; remote work possible depending on location.
• Collaborate to map operational requirements to tactical radio solutions and deliver technical demos.
