Job summary

Hera is seeking an Onboarding Guide to be the first voice families hear after a referral. You’ll convert a potential care journey into a clear, confident start by guiding families through paperwork, scheduling, and insurance verification, ultimately handing them to their Hero with trust and ease.

This 1099 role offers 30–40 hours per week, remote from anywhere in the United States, with base pay of $28–$32 per hour and enrollment bonuses for top performers.

Qualifications

• Background in healthcare sales, care coordination, or customer success — especially with older adults or their families
• Warm on the phone and sharp on the follow-through
• Think how to reduce onboarding time without cutting quality
• Tech-savvy and energized by fast-moving environments where the playbook is still being written

Responsibilities

• Convert referrals into active clients by helping families understand Hera and its value
• Guide families through onboarding—paperwork, documentation, insurance verification, scheduling
• Coordinate between families and Hera's care team to ensure a clean handoff to their matched Hero
• Help families navigate technology: uploading documents, joining telehealth appointments, signing e-forms
• Spot friction in the intake process and fix it for future families
• Collaborate with our engineering team to streamline workflows and scale onboarding
