Hera is reimagining elder care by connecting families with compassionate, tech-enabled support. As an Onboarding Guide, you’re the first voice families hear, guiding them from “What is Hera?” to their first Hero appointment.

This 1099 role offers 30–40 hours per week, remote work within the United States, and an hourly base of $25–$30 plus enrollment bonuses; top performers earn $40–$50 per hour. You’ll remove onboarding obstacles and ensure a smooth, trusted start to care.

Qualifications

• Healthcare sales, care coordination, or customer success experience with families.
• Warm on the phone with strong follow-through.
• Efficient, process-driven mindset to shorten onboarding time.
• High personal standards: done right, not just done.
• Comfortable with technology and fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Convert referrals into active clients by explaining Hera and its value.
• Guide families through onboarding—paperwork, documentation, insurance verification, scheduling.
• Coordinate between families and Hera's care team for smooth handoffs.
• Assist families with technology: uploading documents, joining telehealth, signing e-forms.
• Identify and fix friction in onboarding so future families are helped faster.
• Collaborate with engineering to streamline workflows and scale onboarding.
