Hera in the United States seeks an Onboarding Guide to welcome families referred by doctors, explain Hera and guide them to their first Hero appointment.

You will own the onboarding experience, coordinate with care teams, and use technology to simplify paperwork and scheduling. This is a 1099 remote role, 30-40 hours weekly in EST, with base pay $25-30/hr and bonuses up to $40-50/hr.

Qualifications

• Background in healthcare sales, care coordination, or customer success.
• Warm on the phone with strong follow-through.
• Tech-savvy and energized by fast-moving environments.
• Experience with older adults or families is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Convert referrals into active clients by explaining Hera and its value.
• Guide families through onboarding: paperwork, verification, scheduling.
• Coordinate between families and Hera's care team for a clean handoff.
• Help families navigate technology: uploading documents, telehealth, e-forms.
• Identify and fix friction in intake to improve experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering to streamline workflows and scale onboarding.
