Formación

• Minimum 2 years in customer service, contact center, or member support.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Bilingual Mandarin Chinese/English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage high call volumes and sensitive situations.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and CRM systems.
• HIPAA compliance and confidentiality required.

Responsabilidades

• Build empathetic connections and resolve inquiries on first contact.
• Own each interaction from start to finish with follow-through.
• Document interactions accurately in real time.
• Assist with benefits, eligibility, and provider network questions.
• Support outreach and program initiatives to improve engagement.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
