Hera is seeking an Onboarding Guide to be the first voice families hear after a doctor refers them. You will guide them from "what is Hera?" to their first Hero appointment, removing obstacles and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

You will operate as a closer, concierge, and care coordinator, with 1099 flexibility, 30–40 hrs/week during EST business hours. The role requires fluency in Mandarin and English and is remote for residents of the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare sales, care coordination, or customer success, especially with older adults or families.

Responsabilités

• Convert referrals into active clients by explaining Hera and its care value.
• Guide families through onboarding—paperwork, documentation, insurance verification, scheduling—so nothing stalls.
• Coordinate between families and Hera’s care team for a smooth handoff to their Hero.
• Help families navigate technology: uploading documents, telehealth visits, signing e-forms.
• Spot friction in onboarding and fix it for all families, not just the first.
• Collaborate with engineering to streamline workflows and scale onboarding.
