Job summary

Hera is seeking an Onboarding Guide in the United States to help families understand how Hera cares for their loved ones and to guide them from referral to first appointment. You’ll be the warm, trusted face that reduces friction and makes the process feel obvious.

You’ll own the full onboarding experience, leveraging technology to streamline paperwork, scheduling, and communication while partnering with the care team to ensure a smooth handoff to their Hero.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare sales, care coordination, or customer success.
• Excellent phone manner and follow-through to earn trust and prevent gaps.
• Experience guiding onboarding, scheduling, and paperwork in care journeys.

Responsibilities

• Convert referrals into active clients by explaining Hera and its value.
• Guide families through onboarding: paperwork, documentation, insurance verification, scheduling.
• Coordinate between families and Hera's care team for a smooth handoff to their Hero.
• Help families use technology: uploading documents, joining telehealth, signing e-forms.
• Identify and fix friction in the intake process to improve experience for all families.
• Collaborate with engineering to streamline workflows and scale onboarding.
