Hera is seeking an Onboarding Guide to welcome families referred by doctors and guide them from initial questions to their first Hero appointment. You’ll be the first voice, building trust and removing onboarding obstacles to ensure a smooth start for families.

This remote role requires Mandarin-English fluency, 30–40 hours per week during EST business hours, and compensation of $28-32/hour base plus enrollment bonuses, with top earners reaching $40–50/hour.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
• Background in healthcare sales, care coordination, or customer success with older adults.
• Comfortable guiding families through onboarding processes.
• Tech-savvy and able to operate in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsabilités

• Convert referrals into active clients by explaining Hera and its value.
• Guide families through onboarding: paperwork, documentation, insurance verification, scheduling.
• Coordinate between families and Hera's care team for a clean handoff to the Hero.
• Help families navigate technology: uploading documents, joining telehealth, signing e-forms.
• Spot friction in intake and fix it for all families after them.
• Collaborate with engineering to streamline onboarding workflows and scale.
