Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to deliver compassionate, seamless service to our members, primarily older adults and individuals with disabilities. This remote role operates within the contiguous US and emphasizes empathy, advocacy, and first-contact resolution.

You will handle inquiries about benefits, eligibility, and services, document interactions in real time, and maintain HIPAA confidentiality while meeting KPIs for attendance and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, contact center, or member support.
• Healthcare and/or Medicare Advantage knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to use technology and follow detailed workflow instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build caring connections with every member with empathy and respect.
• Own each member interaction end-to-end and resolve inquiries on first contact.
• Document all interactions accurately in real time for continuity of care.
• Respond to benefits, eligibility, services, and policies inquiries clearly and confidently.
• Assist with provider network and claim/reimbursement questions and related services.
