Job summary

Taylor Strategy Partners, a Syneos Health company, is seeking a Managing Director for executive search in the United States. You will independently identify, develop, and grow opportunities within critical markets, lead a practice, and drive strategic marketing and sales plans to meet financial goals.

You will build and maintain client relationships across pharma, biotech, medical device, diagnostic health IT, venture capital, and private equity, while directing search execution and team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive recruiting in roles of increasing responsibility.
• Minimum of 3 years experience running a 360 desk in a retained search environment.
• Documented success delivering $500,000+ in annual revenue.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, diagnostic health IT, venture capital and PE leaders to generate new business.
• Drive revenue through personal attainment of senior-level searches and new business development.
• Develop strategies to increase the book of business within existing clients.
• Coordinate and align TSP business development efforts to achieve revenue goals.
• Lead the team in delivering searches and developing talent to provide quality service.
• Foster teamwork, collaboration and clear communication across the practice.
• Attain personal revenue goals within the practice and contribute to overall growth.
