Job summary

Join Novonesis as Manager of Technical Service, Ruminant Animal Health, leading NA dairy, beef, and forage technical teams. Drive scientific strategy, develop talent, and strengthen customer relationships through science-based solutions.

You will guide trials, engage with producers and veterinarians, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and R&D to deliver measurable value across North America.

Qualifications

• PhD, DVM or equivalent advanced degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in animal nutrition, animal health, technical services, research, consulting, or related industries.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct leadership experience, including coaching and developing technical professionals.
• Strong understanding of dairy and/or beef production systems.
• Proven ability to partner with commercial teams to deliver customer value.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Service Specialists and subject matter experts.
• Develop and execute the North American technical service strategy for ruminant solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Key Account Managers, Marketing, Regulatory, Product Management, and Innovation teams to accelerate growth and customer success.
• Provide executive-level technical support for strategic customer opportunities and complex technical challenges.
• Engage directly with producers, nutritionists, veterinarians, consultants, and industry influencers across North America.
• Support product launches, technical positioning, customer education, and scientific communications.
• Oversee technical trials, field validation programs, and research collaborations.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving customer needs.
• Represent Novonesis at industry conferences, customer events, and professional associations.
