Job summary
Novonesis is seeking a Manager of Technical Service for Ruminant Animal Health to lead the North American team delivering science-based solutions in dairy, beef, and forage. You will partner across Commercial, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, and Innovation to influence technical strategy and customer value.

Qualifications
- PhD, DVM, or equivalent advanced degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, Ruminant Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Technical Service Specialists and SMEs.
- Develop and execute NA ruminant technical service strategy.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Product Management, and Innovation teams to drive growth.
- Provide executive-level technical support for strategic opportunities and complex challenges.
- Engage with producers, nutritionists, veterinarians, consultants, and industry influencers.
- Oversee trials, field validation, and research collaborations.
- Monitor industry trends and evolving customer needs.
