Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a Mission-driven Manager of Technical Service, Ruminant Animal Health, to lead the North American team serving the dairy, beef, and forage sectors. You will translate science into measurable value, guide strategy, and foster strong customer partnerships across Commercial, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, and Innovation functions.

Qualifications

• PhD, DVM, or equivalent advanced degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, Ruminant Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in animal nutrition, animal health, technical services, research, consulting, or related industries.
• Minimum 5 years of direct leadership experience, including coaching and developing technical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the North American Ruminant Technical Service team and ensure delivery of technical expertise across portfolio.
• Serve as trusted advisor to customers, industry influencers, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and execute the North American technical service strategy for ruminant solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Key Account Managers, Marketing, Regulatory, Product Management, and Innovation teams to accelerate growth and customer success.
• Provide executive-level technical support for strategic customer opportunities and complex technical challenges.
• Engage directly with producers, nutritionists, veterinarians, consultants, and industry influencers across North America.
• Oversee technical trials, field validation programs, and research collaborations.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving customer needs.
• Represent Novonesis at industry conferences, customer events, and professional associations.
