Job summary
Novonesis is seeking a Manager of Technical Service, Ruminant Animal Health, to lead the North American Ruminant Technical Service team across dairy, beef, and forage businesses. You will guide technical strategy, develop talent, and strengthen customer relationships while translating science into measurable value for producers.
You will collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, and Innovation teams to accelerate growth and deliver science-based solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years in animal nutrition, animal health, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of direct leadership experience overseeing technical professionals.
- Strong understanding of dairy and/or beef production systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Service Specialists and subject matter experts.
- Develop and execute the North American technical service strategy for ruminant solutions.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and R&D to drive growth and customer success.
- Oversee technical trials, field validation, and research collaborations.
- Represent Novonesis at industry conferences and customer events.
