Job summary

Jobgether SRL in the United States seeks a Senior Client Success Manager to lead a portfolio of ~12 high-value accounts. You will own the commercial relationship, client experience, and overall success from engagement through renewals and growth.

You will mentor other client success professionals and partner with leadership to deliver executive-level outcomes across retention, margin, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in strategic account management or client success.
• Experience negotiating contract renewals across complex orgs.
• Ability to explain financial metrics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Understand software development lifecycle and modern tech tooling.
• Strong communication and executive relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full commercial relationship and project success for a portfolio of high-value accounts.
• Lead quarterly business reviews for each account with performance, priorities, risks and plans.
• Shape clients' technology roadmaps and align with delivery models.
• Lead renewal and extension negotiations within approved commercial guidelines.
• Manage budget-status, retainer-burn, billing milestones, and change-order conversations.
• Mentor other client success professionals and serve as escalation lead across the portfolio.
