Spring Health, a leader in mental health support, is hiring a Customer Success Manager to nurture daily partner relationships, drive product adoption, and renewals. This fully remote, US-based role emphasizes data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and travel up to 15%.

You will own onboarding, value realization, engagement strategies, and expansion, working with enterprise clients and HR executives to improve outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, implementation or healthcare management.
• Experience in upselling and retaining customers to drive revenue.
• Experience using SaaS-based solutions and platforms.
• Experience owning lifecycle contract renewals.
• Experience using data visualization and reconciliation to present findings.
• Experience adhering to and achieving KPIs.
• Experience maintaining accurate records in a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Serve as account owner, product expert and mental health advocate for assigned enterprise customers.
• Build rapport with decision makers to drive adoption and change management.
• Own full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Identify and communicate opportunities to unlock value from Spring Health.
• Create and present business reviews to HR executives and leaders with data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate across departments to incorporate customer feedback and improve processes.
