Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Manager of Client Finance to oversee the financial management and forecasting for our client portfolio. The role is fully remote with an option to work from offices in Chicago, Indianapolis, Boston, NYC, or Gladstone NJ.

You will supervise monthly project accounting, manage contract setups, and lead cross-functional efforts on revenue recognition, intercompany transactions, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum concentration accounting, finance or business.
• 6+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience including 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly project accounting and lead monthly status meetings with project managers.
• Manage new contract engagements and ensure accurate project setup.
• Guide the client finance team on project tracking and budget variance.
• Report and present project financials to project leads and stakeholders.
• Coordinate intercompany revenue/cost transactions and contracting with cross-functional teams.
• Review GAAP revenue recognition and ASC 606 compliance; support year-end processes.
• Prepare monthly revenue forecasts and variance analyses with FP&A involvement.
• Mentor staff and manage audit timelines and year-end deliverables.
