Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Management Solution Architect to drive growth by developing management-focused solutions for large federal IT programs. This role emphasizes proposal content creation, strategy, and collaboration with SMEs, while remaining 100% growth-focused with minimal customer interaction.

The position is 100% remote within the United States with a base in Fairfax, VA, and requires leading sections of competitive proposals and coordinating with graphics and writers to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience creating management solutions aligned to best practices and demonstrated leadership on prime Federal IT proposals.
• Ability to analyze solicitations and synthesize customer requirements on tight timeframes to build winning content.
• Proven ability to own sections of a competitive Federal proposal and collaborate with SMEs to craft solutions from concepts.
• Strong writing and editing skills for persuasive proposal content across management topics.

Responsibilities

• Architect comprehensive management-focused solutions for large federal programs.
• Lead analysis of solicitation requirements and create high-quality proposal content for approach elements.
• Collaborate with graphic artists to design complex proposal graphics and slides.
• Coach architects and authors to improve proposal content throughout the lifecycle.
