Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Growth Leader to serve as a Management Solution Architect who will focus on developing management approaches, transition plans, staffing plans, and win strategies for federal IT proposals. This 100% growth-focused role is fully remote within the United States and does not involve direct customer interactions.

You will lead content creation for approach elements, collaborate with SMEs and graphic artists, and coach other architects to deliver high-quality proposal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years of federal IT proposals experience.
• Ability to analyze solicitations and synthesize requirements quickly.
• Proven ability to lead sections of a federal proposal with SMEs.
• Strong writing, editing, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect management-focused solutions for large federal programs.
• Lead analysis of solicitation requirements and craft proposal content.
• Coordinate with designers to produce proposal graphics and slides.
• Mentor architects and writers throughout the proposal lifecycle.
