Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in systems engineering or architecture within federal contracting.
• Proven track record of writing winning technical narratives for federal procurements.
• Expert-level ability to calculate BOEs based on historical data.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical approach for RFPs and align with agency missions.
• Author persuasive technical volumes that are compliant and easy to evaluate.
• Develop the Integrated Master Schedule to meet technical milestones.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or IT Management
