Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Management Solution Architect to lead the development of management-focused solutions for large federal IT programs, with emphasis on transition plans, staffing plans, and win strategies. This role is 100% growth-focused and does not involve direct customer interactions.

The position is fully remote within the United States, with a strong emphasis on proposal content development and collaboration with SMEs and graphics artists to deliver high-quality, compliant submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience creating management solutions aligned to best practices.
• Ability to analyze lengthy solicitations and extract critical customer requirements quickly.
• Experience owning sections of a competitive Federal proposal and coordinating SMEs.
• Proven ability to write, review, and craft persuasive proposal content.
• Strong communication and collaboration with executives, writers, and graphics artists.

Responsibilities

• Architect management-focused solutions for large federal IT programs ($100M+; hundreds of FTEs).
• Create high-quality proposal content for approach elements such as transition, IT program management, recruiting/retention, and IT performance/quality management.
• Collaborate with graphic artists to produce proposal graphics and slides that tie concepts to client requirements.
• Coach architects and authors during the proposal lifecycle to drive high-quality content.
