Job summary

GovCIO seeks an experienced Growth Leader to be a Management Solution Architect. Focus is on developing management solutions and win strategies for federal IT proposals, with no direct customer interaction.

The role is 100% growth-focused within GovCIO’s corporate growth organization and is remote within the United States. Responsibilities include architecting content for large programs, analyzing solicitations, crafting compelling proposal sections, and mentoring others through the proposal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years leading federal IT proposals.
• Experience owning sections of competitive federal proposals.
• Strong writing, editing, and collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Architect management-focused content for large federal IT programs.
• Create high-quality proposal content for transition, PM, staffing and QA elements.
• Collaborate with graphic artists to produce proposal visuals and slides.
• Coach other architects and authors to improve proposal content.
