Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Growth Leader to serve as a Management Solution Architect, focused on developing management solutions for federal IT proposals and winning strategies. The position is 100% growth-oriented with no direct customer interaction, located in Fairfax, VA but fully remote within the United States.

You will lead content creation for large programs, coordinate with SMEs and graphic artists, and coach teams to deliver high-quality proposals aligned with the win strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years leading management solutions for Federal IT proposals.
• Ability to analyze solicitations and translate requirements into management content.
• Experience owning sections of competitive federal proposals and coordinating SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of management-focused proposal content for large federal programs.
• Coordinate with executives, technologists, graphics artists, and writers.
• Coach architects and authors to improve proposal quality throughout lifecycle.
• Ensure content aligns with win strategy and client requirements.
