Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Managed Services Consultant for a remote, full-time role.

The job focuses on delivering ongoing professional services for customers using Vault PromoMats and Vault Medical, with a emphasis on post-go-live support and optimization. You will work with the Commercial Services team to ensure client success, manage expectations, and provide expert guidance on leveraging Veeva content management solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years configuring/content management software or related services delivery.
• Customer service or consulting experience.
• Ability to quickly understand client requirements and articulate potential solutions.
• Experience managing clients requests and setting expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-go-live consulting and administrative support for multiple clients.
• Configuration enhancement for live applications – business process, taxonomy and metadata, new features and functionality, security, notifications, etc.
• Bulk import/export/updates of content and data.
• Recommendations on application features, use, and best practices.
• Maintenance of production and sandbox environments.
• Creation of reports and dashboards.
