Veeva Systems is a mission-driven SaaS company in the life sciences space offering a remote, full-time Managed Services Consultant role. The team supports Vault PromoMats & Vault Medical and provides ongoing professional services to live customers with no location requirement.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years configuring content management software, strong consulting or customer service experience, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Travel may occur for internal events.

Qualifications

3+ years configuring, supporting or implementing content management software.
Customer service or consulting experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Project management experience.
Understanding of life sciences content management principles.
Understanding of life sciences compliance requirements.
Experience with Veeva Vault, OpenText, Documentum/EMC, Liquent, and/or Next Docs.

Responsibilities

Provide post-go-live consulting and administrative support for multiple clients.
Configuration enhancement for live applications – business process, taxonomy and metadata, new features & functionality, security, notifications, etc.
Bulk import/export/updates of content and data
Recommendations on application features, use, and best practices
Maintenance of production and sandbox environments
Creation of reports and dashboards
3+ years experience in content management software or related services delivery
