ZRS MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a Make Ready Technician to perform a range of maintenance tasks in vacant homes. Responsibilities include repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, flooring), ensuring appliances work, updating punch lists, and coordinating with the management team to prepare units for move-in.

Strong communication and team play are essential. Candidates should be able to work independently, manage time efficiently, and lift moderate weights, with weekend work possible.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete make-ready tasks within set timeframes to minimize vacancy loss.
• Perform repairs including plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, flooring.
• Ensure appliances are operational and in good condition.
• Change locks and install lockboxes, alarms in vacant homes.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and track supplies.
• Inspect units and document needed repairs; complete punch lists.
• Maintain records of tasks and supplies used.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
