UE Systems is seeking a Machine Health Specialist to serve as the primary post-installation technical owner for the deployed OnTrak solution. You will interpret lubrication, ultrasound, vibration, and operating data, maintaining the technical health of customers’ condition-based lubrication programs and translating findings into timely maintenance actions.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years supporting industrial reliability, maintenance, lubrication, or condition-monitoring programs, with ultrasound or vibration exposure.
• Strong mechanical understanding of rotating equipment and lubrication points.
• Knowledge of bearing lubrication fundamentals, greasing quantity and intervals.
• Ability to interpret multiple condition indicators and avoid relying on a single threshold.
• Excellent communication to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
• Customer-facing mindset as the primary technical relationship owner.
• Willingness to travel ~10–25% for on-site visits.

• Own the post-install technical relationship for assigned customers and build a trusted-advisor relationship with plant reliability, maintenance, and operations stakeholders.
• Interpret lubrication, ultrasound, vibration, and operating data in UE Insights and distinguish developing conditions from normal variation.
• Establish and validate asset baselines, set and refine alert thresholds, document configuration changes.
• Support safe lubrication practices and prevent overgreasing.
• Evaluate lubrication program performance across Manual, Time-Based, and Autonomous modes.
• Translate findings into concise, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
