Mustang Cat in Houston seeks a Condition Monitoring Analyst to monitor equipment health, analyze data from oil analysis, telematics, inspections and fault codes, and advise the next steps to keep machines operating optimally.

You will identify developing concerns, craft practical maintenance recommendations, and communicate findings clearly to customers and internal service teams, while supporting proactive maintenance to reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment service, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, or a related technical environment.
• Proficiency with reviewing machine health data from sources like oil analysis, telematics, inspections, fault codes, and service history.
• Comfortable using computer-based systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Review machine health information from oil analysis, telematics, inspections, fault codes, and service history.
• Identify developing equipment concerns and determine when additional troubleshooting, inspection, maintenance, or repair is needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues remotely using available machine information.
• Develop practical service and maintenance recommendations based on machine condition.
• Communicate equipment concerns and recommended next steps clearly to customers and internal service teams.
• Document findings, recommendations, customer communication, and outcomes in applicable systems.
• Collaborate with Service and other departments to support proactive equipment maintenance and reduce downtime.
