Job summary

UE Systems is seeking a technically sharp Machine Health Specialist to serve as the post-installation owner of the OnTrak solution. You will interpret lubrication, ultrasound, vibration, and temperature data to sustain reliable operation for assigned customers.

Based in North America with remote work, you will build trusted relationships with plant reliability, maintenance, and operations teams, translate findings into actionable maintenance plans, and support continuous program improvement

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial reliability, maintenance, lubrication or condition-monitoring.
• Hands-on exposure to ultrasound inspection and/or vibration analysis.
• Strong mechanical understanding of rotating equipment and lubrication points.
• Ability to interpret multiple condition indicators and identify root causes.
• Excellent communication translating technical findings for non-technical audiences.
• Customer-facing mindset and ability to own technical relationships.

Responsibilities

• Be the post-installation technical owner for assigned customers and build trusted-advisor relationships with plant reliability, maintenance, and operations teams.
• Interpret lubrication, ultrasound, vibration, and temperature data in UE Insights to distinguish issues from normal variability.
• Maintain and validate asset baselines, thresholds, and lubrication setpoints as conditions change.
• Support safe lubrication practices, including guarding against overgreasing.
• Evaluate lubrication program performance across manual, time-based, and autonomous modes.
• Translate findings into actionable maintenance actions and recommendations for customers.
• Collaborate with Field Services, Customer Support, Product and Engineering to resolve issues and feed input into roadmaps.
• Monitor program health and coordinate follow-through until issues are resolved.
• Report on value delivered through customer reviews with measurable evidence.
