Job summary

UE Systems is seeking a Solutions Architect to support the OnTrak sales and deployment process across an assigned territory in the United States, with remote work options. The role focuses on translating industrial environments into practical condition-monitoring solutions and bridging sales and technical delivery.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to scope, design, and support solutions from discovery through deployment and ongoing success, with up to 50% travel as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• 3+ years in industrial/manufacturing/asset-intensive environment.
• Strong mechanical/technical aptitude with rotating equipment.
• Experience with technical discovery, site visits, or customer-facing consultations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to ~50% to support customer site visits.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales as technical subject-matter expert during the sales cycle.
• Conduct on-site and remote customer visits to observe equipment and develop Scope of Work.
• Design and recommend condition-monitoring solutions spanning hardware, software, and services.
• Develop business cases and proposals showing value through downtime avoidance and reliability improvements.
• Support proof-of-concept engagements, technical evaluations, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Document technical summaries and customer information in the CRM accurately.
