Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a seasoned M365 Support Engineer for a remote contract role (Boston base). You will troubleshoot Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint Online in a large, multi-tenant environment, handling escalated tickets from the service desk and driving platform stability.

Responsibilities include on-call incident response, automation via PowerShell, and supporting Power Platform initiatives. This role offers long-term contract through 2027 with potential for hire.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in M365 from a larger multi-tenant organization.
• Strong hands-on administration across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online.
• Automation & scripting focus with PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Field escalated tickets related to Exchange/SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, and Power Platform.
• Troubleshoot M365 at the platform level in a multi-tenant environment.
• Assist with migrations and modernization efforts in tenant environments.
• Collaborate with service desk and engineering during on-call rotations.
