Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced M365 Support Engineer with emphasis on Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint Online. You will troubleshoot at the platform level, handle escalations, and participate in on-call rotations.

This contract role, based out of Appleton, WI, offers remote work with core business hours and a 40-hour cap per week. The role requires 5-10 years in a large multi-tenant M365 environment, strong PowerShell skills, automation focus, and governance awareness.

Qualifications

Broad M365 platform expertise.
Strong administration across Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint Online.
Automation and scripting focus with PowerShell.
Power Platform capability including Power Automate and Power Apps.
Governance, compliance and security awareness.
Experience with migrations and modernization efforts.
On-call readiness and ability to handle major incidents.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot M365 platform issues at the service/tenant level (not client devices).
Field escalated tickets from the service desk related to Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint.
Maintain on-call rotation; respond to major incidents as needed, with a 40-hour cap weekly.
Support migrations, transformations, and governance across the M365 ecosystem.
Collaborate across engineering, admin, and business stakeholders.
