Job summary

Sand Cherry Associates is seeking an accomplished Mergers & Acquisitions Program Manager to lead enterprise integration initiatives within a newly established Enterprise Transformation Office. You will govern, coordinate, and deliver merger and acquisition programs with executive stakeholders across Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and Operations.

The role requires 8+ years in M&A/enterprise transformation, strong governance and reporting, and experience with integration playbooks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading mergers, acquisitions, and enterprise integration at large organizations.
• Ability to translate acquisition objectives into actionable integration plans.
• Proven governance, executive reporting, and portfolio management skills.
• Strong change management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A initiatives from due diligence through post-close stabilization.
• Serve as primary PM lead for Integration Management Office activities.
• Develop integration strategies, roadmaps, and governance models.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and align executives on priorities.
• Maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Create executive communications and governance documentation.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, risks, and dependencies; implement mitigations.
• Drive change management activities and knowledge transfer.
• Develop repeatable integration playbooks and SOPs.
