Job summary

Sand Cherry Associates is seeking an accomplished Mergers & Acquisitions Program Manager to lead within a newly formed Enterprise Transformation Office. You will govern integration initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and report to executive leadership across Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and Operations.

The role is a 9+ month remote position with travel up to 1–2 weeks per month; you must be able to work in Central Time hours and be eligible to work in the United States without

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex mergers and acquisitions, enterprise integration, program management, or management consulting.
• Experience with large, matrixed organizations in regulated environments is preferred.
• Ability to translate acquisition objectives into actionable plans and maintain governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Integration Management Office activities and partner with the Enterprise Transformation PMO Lead on priorities.
• Develop integration strategies, roadmaps, governance models, and detailed plans for strategic transactions.
• Coordinate cross-functional integration activities and align executives on priorities and deliverables.
• Create executive dashboards, governance documents, and high-quality communications for leadership.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, risks, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and employee readiness.
