Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integration projects and large-scale transformations. The role interfaces with executive leadership, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure timely, on-budget integration outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 8-10+ years of project management in P&C insurance, with experience leading M&A integrations; PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and align with business priorities.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects ensuring alignment of processes, systems, teams, and objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and monitor milestones within budget.
