You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, define roadmaps, manage risks, and ensure programs stay on time and within budget, while driving stakeholder alignment and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, roadmaps, timelines and governance for integrations.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors.
• Monitor milestones, manage risks, and ensure initiatives stay on schedule and budget.
