Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Program Management, Portfolio Management, and PMO leadership.
• Proven success establishing and operationalizing enterprise PMOs from the ground up.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation programs with multiple business units and stakeholders.
• Experience in Integration Management Offices, M&A, or enterprise integrations preferred.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy Services, or Oilfield Equipment Manufacturing preferred.
• Executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead an enterprise PMO with governance, operating model, standards, tools, KPIs, and delivery processes.
• Provide executive leadership across multiple transformation programs aligned to strategy and business outcomes.
• Develop enterprise portfolio governance including steering committees, intake, prioritization, and stage gates.
• Drive cross-functional transformation spanning ERP, finance, operations, supply chain, and customer service.
• Lead organizational change strategies including communications, readiness, training, and adoption.
• Prepare executive presentations, Board materials, and Steering Committee updates.
