TCWGlobal is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager for M&A technology integration to lead cross-functional integration initiatives after acquisitions. You will oversee end-to-end planning across IT Operations, Business Applications, and Data & Analytics to ensure seamless systems and processes.

The role requires hands-on leadership of multiple workstreams, managing risks and budgets, and delivering Day 1 readiness with minimal business disruption.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of technical program management experience.
• Led 2–3 end-to-end M&A technology integrations.
• Experience coordinating IT operations, business apps, and data teams.
• Proven ability to manage risks, budgets, and executive reporting.
• Experience with SaaS company integrations and IAM consolidation.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end M&A technology integrations from due diligence to Day 1.
• Coordinate multiple technical workstreams across IT Ops, ERP/CRM, and data analytics.
• Manage milestones, dependencies, and executive communications.
• Develop repeatable integration playbooks and governance templates.
• Ensure minimal business disruption during integration and post-go-live stabilization.
