Job summary

Focus Financial Partners seeks a Director of Technology Integration Delivery to lead end-to-end technology integration for mergers and acquisitions. You will drive pre-close due diligence through Day 1 readiness, cutover, stabilization, and hypercare, coordinating onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, business, engineering.
• 10+ years of progressive technology delivery, program leadership, infra, or transformation experience.
• Experience leading technology work across the M&A lifecycle, including due diligence and Day 1 planning.
• Proven success leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure and operations, including IAM, Microsoft 365, collaboration and voice, networking, cloud/compute, endpoints, ITSM, ServiceNow, CMDB, and asset management.
• Experience establishing and managing program budgets, forecasts, vendor commitments, resource plans, and financial performance.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder-management skills with ability to translate technical risks into business impact.
• Strong judgment, organizational discipline, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making in high-volume environments.
• Ability to travel as required to support diligence, leadership alignment, Day 1 events, cutovers, and stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Own full technology integration lifecycle for acquisitions, incl. pre-close diligence, risk identification, planning, Day 1 readiness, cutover, stabilization, hypercare.
• Translate deal objectives into an executable technology integration strategy, roadmap, schedule, resource plan, and budget.
• Establish clear entry/exit criteria for lifecycle phases and document decisions, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Lead readiness reviews and go/no-go recommendations for Day 1, migrations, and transition from hypercare to steady-state operations.
• Ensure integration activities minimize disruption and keep acquired employees productive during transition.
• Provide leadership and governance for onshore, nearshore, and offshore pods with clear accountability.
