Focus Financial Partners seeks a Director of Technology Integration Delivery to lead end-to-end technology integration for mergers and acquisitions, spanning pre-close due diligence, Day 1 readiness, execution, and hypercare. You will govern a core integration delivery team and coordinate embedded resources from enterprise technology functions.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive technology delivery, program leadership, infrastructure, operations, or transformation experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading technology work across the M&A lifecycle, including due diligence, Day 1 planning, integration execution, stabilization, and hypercare.
• Proven success leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams in a matrixed environment, including managed-services and contractor resources.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure and operations, including identity and access management, Microsoft 365, collaboration and voice, networking, cloud/compute, endpoints, service desk, ITSM, ServiceNow, CMDB, and asset management.
• Experience establishing and managing program budgets, forecasts, vendor commitments, resource plans, and financial performance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end M&A technology integration lifecycle from pre-close through Day 1 readiness, cutover, stabilization, and hypercare.
• Translate deal objectives, integration archetypes, diligence findings, and business requirements into an executable strategy, roadmap, schedule, resource plan, and budget.
• Establish clear entry and exit criteria for each lifecycle phase and manage decisions, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Lead readiness reviews and go/no-go recommendations for Day 1, migration events, production cutovers, and transition from hypercare to steady-state.
• Ensure integration activities minimize disruption and keep acquired employees productive during the transition.
