SunSource is seeking an M&A Manager to drive growth through acquisition strategy across industrial distribution sectors. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance and HR to identify targets, run due diligence, and guide integration post-close.

The role combines strategic sourcing with hands-on deal execution, requiring travel and strong presentation skills for leadership and board audiences.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or sales preferred.
• 3–5 years buy-side experience identifying acquisition targets.
• 10+ years in Industrial Distribution in relevant sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities in core sectors.
• Lead due diligence and integration planning with cross-functional teams.
• Develop executive presentations for SunSource's leadership and Board.
• Manage internal M&A pipeline and target screening.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, HR, and Finance.
