SunSource is seeking an M&A Business Development Market Manager to drive growth by developing and executing acquisition strategies across multiple functions. You will immerse in the industrial distribution arena to identify opportunities in fluid process technologies and related markets, and lead transactions from target evaluation through integration.

The role requires strong financial acumen, negotiation and presentation skills, collaboration with executive leadership, and travel up to 50%.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or sales preferred.
• 3–5 years buy-side M&A experience identifying targets.
• 10+ years in Industrial Distribution focused on Fluid Process technologies.
• Proficiency with MS Office and internet research.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% and remote work near a major airport.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a deep understanding of industrial Fluid Power, Fluid Conveyance, Automation, and Fluid Process distribution.
• Evaluate acquisition targets within Fluid Process and adjacent markets.
• Lead or participate in due diligence and integration activities with a cross-functional team of internal and external experts.
• Document best practices to improve efficiencies, cost savings, and value creation.
• Translate business rationale into executive materials and present recommendations to SunSource’s leadership and Board.
