Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager - M&A to plan, coordinate and execute merger integrations and large-scale transformations. You'll serve as a liaison between executive leadership, acquired entities, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-schedule delivery within budget.

The role requires 8–10+ years in project management within P&C insurance, with a PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project scope and objectives
• Lead M&A integration initiatives with cross-functional teams
• Oversee transformation projects ensuring process and system alignment
• Manage internal resources and vendors for successful delivery
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor milestones within budget
