Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger integrations and major transformation initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams, define roadmaps, manage risks, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years in project management with P&C insurance experience, a Bachelor’s in Business (MBA preferred), PMP preferred, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale enterprise initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred
• PMP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Define integration roadmaps, objectives, timelines and governance structures.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams to support successful M&A integrations.
• Oversee large-scale transformation programs ensuring alignment with budget and timelines.
• Manage internal resources and external vendors to ensure project success.
• Develop communication plans and provide regular leadership updates.
