Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager - M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger integrations and large-scale transformation initiatives across the organization.

The role serves as a liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful integration outcomes within schedule and budget. Strong PM, leadership, and PMP credentials are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business (or related field) required.
• 8-10+ years P&C insurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Lead merger and acquisition integration initiatives and cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects ensuring alignment of processes, systems, teams, and objectives.
• Manage internal resources and third-party vendors across initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and monitor milestones to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and address issues proactively.
